BC.GAME - Account withdrawals suspended with updated KYC Feedback


BC.GAME Account problems - Cannot withdraw funds

Disappointed to say the least in BC. GAME - This isn't the first time something like this has happened, the previous incident involved being excluded but never applying for it. A massive battle to get my account back. 

Here we are again, this time my withdrawals have been suspended due to "KYC not being updated" but it was always. 

At the moment this where I'm at, continuously stating they would resolve the issue within a hour or 2.

Well...thats what they have bee saying for 4 days now, ridiculous 

I just find it insanely funny how this just so happened to be during the best week i've had on BC.Game since jioning in 2021


Latest update:

As from 03/02/2025 I have been logged out of my account with a error message that says - account verification required.

Logged issue:

Withdrawels have been suspended due to KYC but after KYC was done BC.GAME states they are resolving the issue but has been taking days.
